39;s code of ethics and business conduct.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><br><br><p></p><p><b><u>Basic Qualifications</u></b><span>: </span><br /><br /><b>Minimum Degree Required</b><span>: </span><br /><span>Bachelor Degree</span><br /><br /><b>Minimum Years of Experience</b><span>: </span><br /><span>10 year(s) </span><br /><br /><b><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></b><span>: </span><br /><br /><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills</b><span>: </span></p><p>Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:</p><ul><li>Understanding the vision and scope of the proposed project, including the product roadmap and client current and end state;</li><li>Influencing and shaping large opportunities very early in the deal cycle with clients and pursuit teams;</li><li>Possessing experience in end to end multi platform solutioning and are the industry leading solution experts in their respective platform;</li><li>Bringing solution architecture, pricing and delivery best practices influenced by market and industry knowledge;</li><li>Creating and documenting the 10 layers of solution plan for the project that is consistent with the vision;</li><li>Identifying any areas of risk or uncertainty within the project to be included in the SOW; </li><li>Creating detailed level of effort and cost for proposed solutions with onshore and AC breakdown using ePro and Concourse delivery maps;</li><li>Ensuring the delivery methodology is consistent with BXT and Concourse best practices;</li><li>Developing the delivery roadmap and schedule for the project;</li><li>Providing Solution Engineers with guidance on demos and pre-sales activities that aligns with the architectural aspects of the project;</li><li>Ensuring solutions engineers demos are in line with the overall architecture reference model and best practices;</li><li>Maintaining solution plan and architecture over the course of the proposal and transition the project team;</li><li>Identifying/proposing any architectural patterns used within a project that could be documented and reused on future projects;</li><li>Providing solution leadership and have the authority make decisions on behalf of the firm for an individual pursuit;</li><li>Bringing thorough knowledge of existence and evolving firm assets, bringing these assets and innovations to individual pursuits;</li><li>Working with infrastructure and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition during project implementation;</li><li>Interlocking with pricing desk for pricing intelligence;</li><li>Interlocking with Build Studio for project staffing and pursuit to delivery transition; and,</li><li>Interlocking with the Sector Cloud solution to allow for rapid solution configuration for solution engineers.</li></ul><br>At PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
