IWS Sourcing Project Manager

<b> Do you enjoy being part of a successful team? </b><br><br><b> Are you looking for a new opportunity? </b><br><br><b> Join our innovative IWS Team </b><br><br>As a member of the Integrated Well Services team the IWS Project Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the management of the sourcing plant to the Integrated Well Services Project. This person will ensure that the Supply Chain activities performed during the project meet the project requirements in terms of safety, cost, schedule and quality. The IWS Project Sourcing Manager will be responsible for providing input to bid/tender requests and execution of the project sourcing plan. The position will be responsible for ensuring IWS third party requirements are effectively addressed liaising with the Product Lines and understanding any unique business requirements within an IWS project, ensuring local procurement is executing to the agreed IWS project sourcing plan, managing local suppliers and ensuring real time communication of changes to the project sourcing plan.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br> <b>Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities</b> <br><ul><li>Ensure that accurate and complete hypotheses are taken into consideration in order to win profitable projects at tender phase. At execution phase, coordinate negotiations with commodity managers and local buyers and directly negotiate some commodities. Manage claims.<br></li><li>Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.<br></li><li>Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.<br></li><li>Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Required Qualifications</b> <br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Sourcing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Tender and Project Sourcing.<br></li><li>Have an advanced English level<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Desired Characteristics</b> <br><ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.
