You'll be part of Completions & Wellbore Intervention product line. You'll focus on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of our product & services through effective monitoring and corrective action planning.<br><br>As a Lead Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies and procedures. </li><li> Leading regular Incident Review Board meetings. </li><li> Having corrective action identification as well as follow up on implementation for Maintenance and Operations specific problems. </li><li> Being Responsible to drive job & tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention. </li><li> Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion. </li><li> Ensuring Maintenance & Operations are informed and are taking action appropriately. </li><li> Supporting in Job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment/deviation waiver/Management of change(RA/DWR/MOC) and deployment readiness assessment process (DRA). </li><li> Participating in the engineering design review process. </li><li> Managing the FRACAS DMAIC Stages. Applying root cause analysis (RCA) Processes. Developing and reviewing cause maps. </li><li></li></ul><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have 5+ years experience in Application Engineering, Technical Support, FSE, Maintenance or Reliability Engineering function </li><li> Have formal qualification in an Engineering discipline (preferred petroleum or mechanical discipline) with Bachelor's or Master's degree </li><li> Have strong work experience in completions, preferred with Baker experience or technical completions role with Baker Hughes </li><li> Have heavy experience and knowledge in Liner hanger, Cased hole, Wellbore intervention, Workover services </li><li> Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
