GBS Process Excellence Analyst

Overview The objective of the role is to work with the Process Excellence leader to support all Process Excellence, Service Management and Governance activities of the Hyderabad Business Services. Responsibilities Measure and report performance metrics, KPIs and SLAs across operations Implement visual management across the delivery floor with PEP messaging and relevant metrics Support automation framework for the site Support Six Sigma DNA build Qualifications Strong Lean and Six Sigma (or other leading Quality Framework) experience needed, preferably should be certified Black Belt ~10-12 years of solid experience out of which at least 5 years with large GBS set ups Must have good communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies
