Our Integrated Well Services (IWS) team works onsite with our customers to support the on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br><b>As the Performance Team Lead for Integrated Well Services</b>, you will drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Deep technical expertise within a field. Has comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches, and methodology.<br><br>As the Performance Team Lead for Integrated Well Services, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Management of a team of people covering several DAWs within the family. <br><br> &bull; Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, or processes. Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline. <br><br> &bull; Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams. <br><br> &bull; Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations. <br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. <br><br> &bull; Minimum of 10 years industry experience with 3+ years of experience in performance management. <br><br> &bull; Excellent communication skills. <br><br> &bull; Ability to lead programs and projects. <br><br> &bull; Document, plan, market and execute programs. <br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
