Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities Efficiently and effectively collaborate with Functional, Technical, QC comprising of both Wipro and Wipro-Partners and Internal Stakeholders to manage project deliverables, comprising of multi-tiered enterprise application, against scope and within stipulated time, quality, and cost Engage with team leads to create the project plan and allocate resources. Engage with the team and guide theme functionally and technically through the life cycle of project Engage with senior leaders to prioritize deliverables Build optimum sized team to manage project as well as support requirements and ensure utilization. Report project progress periodically including resource plans, risks along with mitigation plan, issues, and resolution plans Skills Required · Experience working in IT industry across Technology applications · Good knowledge of Enterprise Application Landscape and Solution Architecture, comprising of multiple application and databases (MS/SQL) and ERP/CRMs (MS Dynamics) · Functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM · Experience as a Project manager with knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methods · Exposure to Microsoft Technologies: o .NET MVC (4.0+) o .Net Framework (4.0+) o WebAPI (2.0), JSON · Well versed with o ALM tools o CI/CD Hands on with Project Planning tools like Microsoft Project Plan Functional knowledge of Enterprise Processes like Lead to Order Other Skills Required Strong & Proven leadership skills, communication skills and work ethic Should be detail-oriented and be able to multi-task Ability to display strong problem-solving and analytical skills and perform under pressure Ability to think innovatively, operative effectively with a sense of possibility in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment
