The Role: Business Finance Lead (In-entity) Business Finance Lead (in-entity) is responsible for delivery of Performance management activities, relying on a global Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A or Business Finance) organization (regional CoE, Digital Factory and Finance Shared Services). What will you do? Strategic planning: Contribute to strategic planning and target setting activities Support guidelines definition and templates preparation Support elaboration and simulation Support review and validation Forecast: Contribute to forecast elaboration Support guidelines definition and templates preparation Support elaboration and simulation for country/cluster financials Support review and validation Reporting & Analysis: Drive monthly performance analysis and recommendations Assess monthly MOI/Incorporation Analyze monthly performance, leveraging standard reporting and analysis produced by global FP&A organization Identify and propose action plans Support business review preparation Period end closing: Support period-end closing Provide inputs for monhly and quarterly closing Review and validate monthly and quarterly closing activities performed by FP&A CoE Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards FP&A CoE Responsible of in-entity FP&A communication towards global FP&A organization Responsible for in-entity FP&A's requests and follow-up towards FP&A CoE Contribute to Global standards alignment and continuous improvement Ensure Global standards application within in-entity scope of activities Perform regular assessment of existing processes with FP&A in-entity Head Identify and Initiate change request on behalf of FP&A in-entity Head and in coordination with FP&A CoE Support Global digital transformation initiatives Support Data compliance Who would be successful? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 5-10 years’ experience in finance and performance systems management roles Proven track record in contributing to operational efficiency and performance in an international context Experienced in financial management and performance systems in a Corporate with multi-businesses working with different ERP platforms Proven track record in international business transformation and change management projects Experienced in Controlling & Business Partnership, General Accounting & Internal Control With key vision to digitize and automate processes and focus on value-added analyses to drive business decisions. Experience with BI and presentation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau and the likes is a plus Must be flexible in working in BGC, Taguig and Rosario, Cavite on a hybrid work setup What’s in it for me?
