Contract Management, Customer Satisfaction&Quality Leader

«out “Contract Management & Customer Satisfaction and Quality Leader” Role We are currently recruiting for a Contract Management & Customer Satisfaction and Quality Leader within our Services Business that will play a key role in ensuring the ongoing growth and success of the company. You will be expected to liaise closely with all our divisions within the Services business to develop and refine our contracting, customer satisfaction and quality solutions to meet the appropriate standards. You will have three streams of responsibilities: Contract Management: Negotiation of customer’s term and conditions in a collaborative fashion to ensure mutually successful outcomes while regarding the commercial risks and complying with the policies of Schneider Electric Providing contractual and commercial advice to other functions within the business Managing contractual risk exposure and providing visibility into such risks to relevant functions / business leader Discuss, explain and champion contractual requirements with internal and external stakeholders Training of colleagues and new recruits with regards to policies of Schneider Electric Customer Satisfaction: Represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the business Influence the decision process of relevant functions to consider the voice of the customers Manage and monitor customer surveys and relevant KPIs Quality: Work with key stakeholders to continually develop, improve, refine and innovate end-to-end processes in the business Advocate to drive and implement the Global directives and policies Identify, capitalize on and champion best practices Qualifications Our preferred qualification for the role is: Minimum 3 years of experience of managing the delivery of contracts in execution and in pre-sales including the negotiating, drafting of agreements Bachelor’s degree level in relevant engineering discipline Taking responsibility and ownership Lifelong learning mindset Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Turkish and English Schedule: Full-time Req: 0087MF
