What will you do? Summary of Job: Develop Digital Transformation consulting business in MEA, addressing customers’ industrial challenges with a combination of consulting and software driven use cases. Own the P&L and execution of end-to-end programme, while developing the best team for a sustainable business model Essential Functions Management of consulting activity at Country or Regional level incl. P&L and including pull-through (incl. definition of common pull-through KPI) Lead client discussion at C-Level to shape Industrial digital transformation opportunities Perform Platforming and segments prioritization and tailor the global digital transformation to country business environment and segments. Identify new areas of development (new business, new value proposition) Recruit and develop the country DT consulting group, with consultant, agile project manager and Software architect. Ensure the best project execution, at consulting, design and deployment phase Develop Partnerships – identification of potential partners, deal set-up and monitoring Contribute to the development of the global Schneider Electric consulting practice Work cross geographies to support multi-country opportunities Leverage public initiatives to develop Advanced Manufacturing opportunities and network Interactions Segments, Sustainability Business, Cybersecurity Business in-country, Aveva VP Delivery and System integrators Qualification and skills C-Level Client management, relationship development, high presentation skills Leading business development and transformation activities, in a software context Knowledge and proven application of consulting practices A drive and determination to lead, coach & develop others & share knowledge Industry Digital Transformation / Software driven transformation Experience Ideally Principal Experience in a consulting firm Team and Transformation Programme Management experience Successful assignment on developing a P&L Education Master / MBA in Business consulting Business Development, Operations Let us learn about you!
