This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team transforming Baker Hughes for the future. As a Communication Manager for M&amp;A and Change you will be expected to provide comprehensive communications support in a fast-paced and changing environment.<br />
<br />
As the Communications Manager you will also be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Designing and leading communication strategy to support consistent narratives for all audiences</li>
<li>Crafting compelling content focusing on transformation to create a change culture</li>
<li>Driving efforts across multiple groups developing communications through innovative experiences, content and storytelling.</li>
<li>Developing change communication plans, employee engagement and messaging for multiple audiences to win the hearts and minds of our people</li>
<li>Creating the communication agenda for culture and change to develop a can-do mentality essential for the success of the transformation.</li>
<li>Developing methods such as impact analyses to assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Creating activities to support change and adoption such as defining personas, measuring adoption efforts, and building training plans to support change efforts.</li>
<li>Establishing a change champion network to drive employee engagement and culture change.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have significant professional experience in Communications, PR, Journalism or Marketing in a global matrixed organisation in the Consumer or Industrial sectors</li>
<li>Demonstrate a successful track record in a fast, complex and changing environment administering expert knowledge of current change, communications, training theories, applications and best practices</li>
<li>Be highly collaborative with an ability to facilitation team engagement</li>
<li>Demonstrate agility to work effectively at all levels of the organization</li>
<li>Have good project management skills including deliverable-based work plan design, status reporting and overall execution against schedules</li>
<li>Demonstrate exceptional written communication skills and be able to express messages in different ways to facilitate a better understanding</li>
<li>Have the ability to plan, develop and deliver creative, visually impactful, consistent messages in a systematic, ongoing manner, involving the right people at the right time</li>
<li>Experience influencing and shaping leadership decision making, ensuring leaders are committed to goals, aligned with program plans</li>
