What you will do What is IAM : Identity and Access Management, often referred to as IAM, is a discipline that enables access to the right individuals to the right resources at the right time and for the right reasons. Digital transformation is a fast-paced change across technologies and organizational priorities. With the recent growth in popularity of remote working, organisations are required to enhance their processes and solutions to enable better security practices including hardening their Identify and Access Management practices. Effective IAM is not just a security measure, it requires a transformation of the business and they operation while involving many stakeholders across the enterprise. KPMG IAM AKADEMY : The KPMG IAM AKADEMY is a pilot initiative that aims to attract and train talent in one of cybersecurity’s fastest growing niche, Identity and Access Management. The goal of the program is to identify talented professionals who have a passion for Cybersecurity and offer them formal and on the job training in relevant technology area & products and offering candidates with industry relevant experience by working on KPMG mandates that will allow them to apply IAM knowledge in practical environments. With the support of a brilliant team of coaches and mentors who have years of experience in IAM and Cybersecurity, we would like to empower new graduates, launch exciting and challenging careers, and ultimately contribute to the incredible growth of Canada's Identity and Access Management industry. Effectively interact with client staff and other members of KPMG's delivery teams. Gain a deeper understanding of Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Cybersecurity. Contribute to functional and business analysis by shadowing a senior resource on assigned projects. Contribute to implementation, review, and optimization of functional and business processes Write user guides and technical documentation. Translate business requirements into technical objectives for development teams. Establish and maintain successful relationships with customers. Contribute to planning designing and modeling of IAM ecosystem architecture. Contribute to implementing, integrating and support platform solutions. Document application architectures in entreprise environnement. Contribute to planning, estimating and presentation of solutions. Interested in and have experiences in DevOps, contribute to CI/CD pipeline. Participates in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into good software architecture. Have an interest in working for large enterprises. Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities, and individual learning What you bring to the role A strong academic record from your undergraduate. Education from B. M or D. or any certificate degree and professional experience. Relevant professional experience that can contribute to your knowledge of our key industries. Abstraction structured problem-solving and critical thinking in both an individual capacity and in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French). Excellent written communication skills with experience developing compelling presentations and reports. Excellent teamwork and relationship building skills. Strong ownership and intrinsic initiative. A proven ability to handle a broad range of activities with competing priorities. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong relationship-building skills that will enable you to easily interact with clients, colleagues, and the wider community. A commitment to continual learning – developing new skills, taking on new responsibilities and broadening your knowledge through research. The ability to provide crucial consultation and analysis for the variety of clients you will serve. Cyber Security Business Analyst Technical Skills and Software Knowledge: Familiar with Information technology, Cloud computing, Firewalls, Routing and Switching, Linux OS, Windows OS and/or MAC OS) Understanding and deep comprehension of cyber security governance Familiar with cloud security and data protection Understanding security architecture Familiar with identity and access management An asset if familiar with SQL and/or 1 high-level programing language (ex: C++, Python and/or JAVA) Familiar with NIST, ISO, CIS, Mitre – An asset To apply: Please apply directly to KPMG at kpmg.ca/careers.
