ÞvOps Engineer

Role: DevOps Engineer Location: Dublin Job Description & Required skills: Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) and continuous development (CD) pipelines and Devops Tools like bitbucket, Jenkins, maven and Chef. Knowledge in Scripting languages like groovy and Ruby. Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks Provide on-call support of critical business infrastructure and applications. This involves performing support for scheduled maintenance activities and Level 2 support Should have experience in monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and process tools like ALM, Remedy etc Experience with PCF/Any Related Cloud technologies is add on advantage Change Implementation - Deploying the application related artifacts to the production environments in the slotted approved release window Raise new change tickets and arrange for approvals, including CAB approvals Review and approve change tickets Work Orders - Resolve Work orders in form of Business/functional queries, adhoc testing, verification and validation etc, from Regional product Work with Development / Testing team for defect analysis (with Production simulated data) Build automation scripts that reduce the number of Incidents and/or improves processes followed The company: Wipro is an exciting organisation to work for.
