Job Description Defined Benefit Quality Assurance Tester Do you have experience with Defined Benefits (pension plans)? Do you enjoy functioning as a Subject Matter Expert in Defined Benefits? About the Role A Defined Benefits Tester's focus will primarily be on clients which do not consent to offshoring. Responsibilities Testing assignments are leveraged across entire portfolio of 15-20 clients rather than being dedicated to a single client. Testing for clients which do not consent to offshoring and complex or time sensitive components not suitable for offshore resources. Understanding requirements and provide consultative feedback if requirements appear incomplete or incorrect. Working on multiple testing projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, clearly communicating status and meeting reasonable deliverable deadlines. Testing Document testing to satisfy audit requirement. Evaluating existing processes and enhances / develops to improve delivery. Requirements Demonstrate experience with the DB7 and RKS platform. Demonstrate experience of increasing responsibility with Defined Benefits Administration/Testing . Demonstrate a successful responsibilities in various system components: calculation, retiree payroll, payment select, valuation, etc. Able to understand requirements and provide consultative feedback if requirements appear incomplete or incorrect Able to understand requirements and provide consultative feedback if requirements appear incomplete or incorrect.
