Senior User Experience

Overview Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Marketing Managers and cross-functionally with other stakeholders to create new web and mobile designs. When necessary, also conduct and provide other UX deliverables, such as competitive research/analysis, user journeys/flows, site maps, information hierarchy, sketches, user surveys, user testing, and clickable prototypes. Create high-fidelity desktop and mobile redlines that satisfy stakeholder and user requirements. Communicate designs to developers and navigate any challenges to ensure timely and successful delivery of finished products. Lastly, contribute to and help maintain the SolarWinds brand library with new and up-to-date re-usable components. Responsibilities 1-5 years UX/UI design experience 1-5 years working within the tech industry Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training in graphic design High level of proficiency with all steps of the design thinking process Deep understanding of UX design tools, like Figma, Sketch, and Zeplin Qualifications Experience working with SaaS companies Experience with responsive design Experience building and maintaining large brand/component libraries Very big plus: Previous experience with mobile testing Prior experience with user testing
