Position Summary Contribute to maintain stable supply of high quality BMSKK products to the market as a GDP Lead of GDP activities in BMSKK. Responsible for enforcing appropriate GDP operations in accordance with Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Act., GDP guideline and other related regulations. Work closely with LSP, BMSKK Aichi Plant, Market Supply Operation and Wholesaler Strategy group to fulfill the GDP duties. Contribute to the maintenance and management of BMSKK's wholesale distribution business license. Collaborate with Quality Assurance Supervisor to maintain/renew BMSKK’s Marketing Authorization license. Manage the manufacturer affiliated with the Distribution Center. Assure product quality and product safety during the course of distribution in compliance with the GDP guidelines as a GDP quality system secretary. Manage the meeting of GDP management review and GDP operations as a GDP quality system secretary. Maintain and manage BMSKK's wholesale distribution business license. Lead to obtain, evaluate, examine quality information such as temperature deviation, package damage, and so on occurred during storage/transportation. Lead to manage change control and CAPA. Lead to assess KPI in relation to storage and transportation. Lead to improve the quality system and product quality continually through management review. Manage to conclude a quality agreement with wholesalers and manufacturer. Support to conduct GDP audit by global audit team Provide training and manage documents and records in relation to GDP operations. Management of the Distribution Center and the manufacturer affiliated with the Distribution Center. Collaborate with Quality Assurance Supervisor by handling required subjects in GQP and GMP/GCTP, such as execution of the batch release of finished products and product recall. Build and maintain a close relationship of trust with global quality, and build and maintain processes aligned with the global quality management system. Manage a Distribution center of regenerative medicine products as a Supervising Pharmacist Degree Requirements Bachelors degree in scientific discipline; Advanced scientific degree preferred It is desirable to have a pharmacist license Experience Requirements More than 10 years pharmaceutical industry with more than 5 years in a quality controland/or quality assurance experience. Cross-organizational project lead experience Key Competency Requirements Knowledge Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, GQP Ministerial Ordinance, GDP Guidelines, ICH, and related laws and regulations. Basic knowledge of DS/DP manufacturing, packaging operation, quality control testing and Japanese Pharmacopoeia. Familiarity with PMDA, MHLW and ICH guidelines specific to CMC, GQP and GMP/GCTP. Skills Communication skill for achieving good relationship with authorities and connected departments. Strong leadership skill to perform cross functional tasks. Managing and supervising skill for appropriate GDP operation of the wholesaler and trasporter. Logical thinking to make regulatory strategy. Language skills Be able to communicate with overseas representatives through meetings and e-mail Have ability to understand English materials related to work 職務分野の説明 ワールドワイドペイシェントセーフティーは、医薬品の安全性の確保に責任を負う。ワールドワイドペイシェントセーフティーは、医薬品安全管理、薬剤疫学、製品の品質管理、品質苦情処理、逸脱管理、市場出荷判定、製造業者管理、変更管理、市販後の規制当局への申請及び戦略的開発、並びにグローバル規制要件の遵守の確保に責任を負う。 ポジション概要 BMSKKのGDP業務のGDPリードとして、高品質なBMSKK製品の市場への安定供給の確保に貢献する。 医薬品医療機器等法、GDPガイドライン等に基づき、GDP業務を適正に実施する責任を負う。 外部委託業者、BMSKK愛知工場、マーケットサプライオペレーション部及び流通推進部と密に連携し、GDP業務を遂行する。 BMSKK卸売販売業許可の維持・管理に貢献する。 品質保証責任者と連携し、BMSKK製造販売業許可の維持・更新に貢献する。 物流センター内の製造業者を管理する。 職務上の責任 GDP品質システム事務局としてGDPガイドラインに従い、流通過程における製品品質及び製品安全性を保証する。 GDP品質システム事務局として、GDPマネジメントレビュー会議及びGDP定例会議を運営する。 BMSKKの卸売販売業許可を維持管理する。 物流センターでの保管・輸送時に発生する温度逸脱、包装破損等の品質情報を入手し、評価・検討する。 変更管理及びCAPAの管理行う。 保管・輸送に関するKPIの評価を行う。 GDPマネジメントレビューを通じ、品質システム及び製品品質の継続的改善をリードする。 卸売販売業者及び製造業者と品質契約を締結し、維持管理する。 グローバル監査チームによるGDP監査の実施を支援する。 GDP業務に関する研修の実施、文書・記録の管理を行う。 物流センター及び物流センター内の製造業者の管理・監督を行う。 品質保証責任者と連携し、最終製品の出荷及び製品回収の実施等、GQP及びGMP/GCTPにおける必要な対応を行う。 グローバルの品質部門との密接な信頼関係を構築・維持し、グローバル品質マネジメントシステムに適合したプロセスを構築・維持する。 再生医療等製品の販売業倉庫の管理薬剤師業務を行う 学位要件 科学分野の学士号;高度な科学的学位が好ましい 薬剤師免許の取得が望ましい 経験要件 10年以上の製薬会社での勤務経験があり、品質管理及び/又は品質保証の経験が5年以上 組織横断的なプロジェクトリーダーの経験 主なコンピテンシー要件 知識 薬事法、GQP省令、GDPガイドライン、ICH及び関連法規に関する知識 原薬/製剤の製造、包装、品質管理試験及び日本薬局方に関する基礎知識 CMC、GQP及びGMP/GCTPに特化したPMDA、MHLW及びICHガイドラインを熟知すること。 スキル 当局や関連部署と良好な関係を築くためのコミュニケーションスキル 職能上の枠を超えた業務を遂行するための強力なリーダーシップスキル 卸売業者及び輸送業者がGDPを適切に運用するための管理・監督スキル。 薬事戦略を立てるための論理的思考 言語能力 会議やメールで海外の担当者とコミュニケーションができること 業務に関連する英語資料を理解できること 必要な出張 年に数回の国内出張、必要に応じ海外出張。海外の製造所に１～２週間、1～２回/年出張の可能性有 Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
