APPLICATION ENGINEER

<b> Overview </b><br><br>ALS designs, field support, analysis and optimization of ALS systems according to customer requirement, supporting the expected growth of the Product Line. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><br><b> DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES </b><br><br><b> Vision and Leadership </b><br><ul><li> Create and maintain customer relations within ALS Kuwait </li><li> Focused on technical support for the key clients & projects. </li><li> Regular communications with OM, GBM and existing operations coordinators to ensure ongoing technical support are working in sync. </li><li> Conduct reporting functions pertaining to failure analysis, optimization, trending, inventory control. </li><li> Promote product and services, identify new markets and look for opportunities to expand and evolve existing markets. </li><li> Support Project start-ups, Plan and coordinate training as required by product line strategy. </li><li> Liaise closely with Geozone team and communicating the technical challenges & support requirements. </li><li> Liaise with customer contract holder and ALS specialist for the new applications. </li><li> Provide technical support and solutions to customers. </li></ul><br><b> Sustainable Development </b><br><ul><li> Drive continuous improvement across all areas. Fostering an environment where innovation, entrepreneurship and courage are valued and encouraged </li><li> Ensure that that Health, Safety, Environment and Quality are the responsibility of all employees </li><li> Demonstrate effective Safety leadership at all times to enhance the organisation's commitment to safety performance </li></ul><br><b> Operational Capability </b><br><ul><li> Minimum 5 years experience </li><li> Partner with Geozone team to ensure effective delivery of products and services. </li></ul><br><b> Client and Communication </b><br><ul><li> Support Country/Area and Regional PL teams by providing financial reports and advising corrective actions to taken. </li><li> Maintain personal contact with key customers on a frequent basis </li></ul><br> Resolve customer complaints regarding service, product, or personnel <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br>SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE <br><ul><li> Excellent management skills </li><li> Good written and verbal communication skills </li><li> Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills </li><li> Excellent coordination and organizational skills </li><li> Understands and analyses competitors' financial strategy and tactic </li><li> Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding the finalcial targets. </li><li> Extensive knowledge of oilfield services, equipment, and parts </li></ul><br> Broad technical understanding of current Product Lines
