Responsibilities Execution of daily deployment plan shared by supervisor and reporting output by end of daily shift Distribute daily deployment plan & storage plan on Company owned trucks & drivers based on trips and availability to ensure full utilization for trucks Distribute daily deployment plan & storage plan on carrier owned trucks based on trips and trucks availability to ensure cost efficiency and priorities, in addition to being a control point in terms of verifying if car is related to carrier or not Record in own shift the driver’s attendance (offline) Update SAP in own shift with data entering for the carrier invoices to enable back office consolidation Own shift responsible for drivers’ petty cash in terms of distribution, receiving toll invoices & custody settlement Supervision & final accountability on yard coordinator and safety processes & Drivers in own shift Follow up with production on stock availability & readiness of stock with warehouse in plants & cancellations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum experience 2-3 years in logistics deployment & transportation System user (Ability to use SAP, Excel, Word & Powerpoint) Ability to deal with Personal leadership and decision making Multitasker & result-oriented Time management skills High analytical skills Problem solver and ability to work under pressure High communication skills
