Transportation Assistant Manager

Responsibilities a) Supply tracking: monitoring and prioritizing supply volume by SKU to ensure sufficient stock for weekly sales orders at each DC. b) Daily delivery: Follow up and drive daily delivery schedule to ensure daily/ weekly/ monthly distribution targets c) Measure KPIs for transporters and drive actions to improve/enhance. d) Calculate transportation cost and make the payment requests to pay for transporters as per contract. e) Report transportation cost in VNMU, truck utilization, delivery status (OTIF/ CFR) and others per request from region. f) Lead productivity projects of Transportation. g) Update relevant information/regulation on delivery/primary to Transporter. Qualifications · University graduation. · At least 2 years working in Logistics Planning/ Customer Planning, prefer working in MNC working environment. · Experience with ERP system such as Oracle, SAP. · Good analytical, problem-solving skills. · Intermediate English and good computer skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) · Teamwork, can-do mindset.
