Job title: Product Expert – Enterprise Access Governance Overview The Enterprise Access Governance team within GSK Enterprise Hosting Services (Global Products and Technology Organization) aims to provide GSK the platforms required to reduce risk within the access management processes. We enable compliant access management processes with the latest technologies. We provide platforms through which different applications can standardise access management processes, register and mange the identify life cycle. Job Purpose This is a role which requires a strong level of delivery and identity life cycle and access management compliance knowledge as well as the ability to develop, support and build relationships across relevant stakeholders, teams and strategic partners. The role will be responsible for business & technical analysis of solutions within the Identity Access Management domain. They will participate in the refinement of the SailPoint programme backlog. The product expert will validate the solution against requirement and manage the end to end change release. They will also be accountable for technical artefacts such as user and systems requirements, solutions design, test cases, change requests, deployment and transition plans. Key Responsibilities: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following : Product Analysis & Solution Design: Understand business problem statements and priorities and shape SailPoint proposed solutions to resolution them. Test Technical Configuration: Work with third party solutions providers and developers to conduct review of delivered solution. Contribute to Strategy: Understand SailPoint for GSK, but also understand how the technology adds value. Contribute to IDAM strategy to ensure the business can perform to best in class level of operations. Drive Adherence to Compliance: Responsible for ensuring all access management process are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices. Process Improvement: Support ongoing Identity Access Management process improvement using SAFE agile delivery methodologies. Product Deliverables: Complete support deliverables as outlined by the TECH IT Management Systems (ITMS) service and ensure definition of done is achieved. Operational Support: Escalation point for support incidents, providing resolution to break-fix issues, and deployment of operational changes. Proactively seek ways to reduce the volume of support work, identifying common/recurring issues, and proposing improvements Why You? We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Basic Qualifications: Experience in supporting and working with Identity Access Management platforms Experience in engaging compliance authorities, performing risk assessment and conducting test of controls Hands-on experience in developing and execution of test cases Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate information in a succinct and clear manner Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships Proven history of completing multiple product deployment cycles A proactive and positive attitude and demonstrated ability to learn about new tools and technologies, especially around new identity access management platforms, cloud and AI solutions.
