Continuous Improvement Project Manager

What will you do? Reporting to the Global Quality Center of Excellence for Process Automation (PA) Business : Position to work hybrid mode or remotely. Manage the Process automation Continuous Improvement Roadmap, Lead complex 6 sigma projects and Coach the team on continuous improvement best practices Assess new opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate methods Maintain and improve the Global PA quality mangement system (QMS) for Offer, Projects and Services. Animate Global Continuous Improvement contests and QMS best practices for the Process Automation Business Improve Efficiency and release Energy through standardization, simplification and continuous improvement across the product lines (Triconex, Foxboro DCS, System Advisors, SCADA, Remote Operations, Digital Transformation) Use appropriate Continuous Improvement methods (e.g. Go Do It, A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma etc.) to improve processes by identifying & then reducing waste, variation & defects, meeting the needs of the Customer & Business. Promote Prevention and Zero Defect culture Animate Lessons Learned, Best Practices and Knowledge SharingDrive efficiency across the different scopes and teams, focused on: Processes & Tools (Hardware, Software and Services), Design, Reliability, Robustness, Sustainability, Global Programs, Trainings. Support the PA Cybersecurity Central Office (CsCO) with Internal and External audits planning in line with the QMS audits. What qualifications will make you successful? Experience & background : Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation Business in areas such as Customer Sastisfaction & Quality, Continuous Improvement, Reliability Engineering, Offer & Project Quality, Project Management or Engineering Engineering related degree or relevant experience in Reliability / Quality Management Knowledge in Continuous Improvement methods 6 Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is a plus) Experience in Managing Continuous Improvement Roadmaps and Projects Awareness in Industrial Automation Solutions: Triconex, Foxboro DCS, SCADA, Remote Operations, Digital Transformation.
