You will be guided by an experienced team who will mentor you to understand wellsite problems and how to develop resolutions. You'll gain hands-on experience with some incredible technology.<br><br>As a Field Operator Wireline Service, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Being a self-starter, keen to learn operator duties in a variety of environments and locations<br></li><li>Ensuring that logging units are operated and driven safely to ensure availability on-site at scheduled times<br></li><li>Maintaining Well-Site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed<br></li><li>Participating in quality improvement efforts to ensure the service delivery and safety of operations, including ballistics<br></li><li>Following internal HSE policies for equipment and logistics to ensure safety and compliance<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a High School Diploma or equivalent educational level<br></li><li>Be willing to gain Industry experience and undergo product line training<br></li><li>Show basic knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry <br></li><li>Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills<br></li><li>Be a team player and display good communication skills<br></li><li>Be happy to travel to international locations to work with customers on site<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
