SC Import & Export Manager

Overview To support the FG import business with the growth ambition in the SDD view. Support the FG export project considering the growth of 2023 is double compared with 2022. Need a preforession goal keeper if using PEP China legal entity, to protect the compliance. Responsibilities Close work with export market about capacity confirmation, RM checking, vessel follow, etc Work with APAC central hub about the supply chain issues and lead some innovation projects as supply chain view for import business, make sure the business starting from 0 to 1, or with some improvement for existing product portfolio. Take care of declaration process, make sure it fulfill the AEO grading A requirement, no compliance issues. Work close with hub about vessel booking, make sure the arrival can fulfill the order required time to support the sales. Logistics cost management for FG import, to control the cost structure. Work with hub closely about some system project. Make the offline system handling to online. Work with different import business model to help the sales to expand the channels, support on SDD growth as well. Work closely with import market, hub, fin, plant, supply chain, etc to launch the export project on time, work on the feasibility, logistic proposal, etc. Qualifications Supply chain background with good knowledge on demand planning, understand S&OP process Handle logistics, background work with vessel company, understand import business. A good cost controller. Declartion backround, understand the key compliance issues during the business, can handle it correctly. Better with know how on AEO A grading. Good knowledge on SAP, better with know how on ISCP. Expreience on system go live project will be a plus. Working experience with big project team to be a key member or better a leader in it. Better with +10 years working experience in supply chain.
