Find out more: Annual Report 2021 Student Worker – Administration As Admin/Finance Student Assistant, you will work closely with our Administration Manager to deliver excellent support to the marketing teams, while also supporting our finance partner on various projects. You will be exposed to many different functions and have a unique opportunity to experience how one of the largest pharma companies in the world operates. The expected working hours are 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods. You will get a 2-year contract with a possibility to extend. There is possibility to have a 1-year contract if required, but 2-years is preferred. In this role you will… Create purchase orders Handle Speaker Payments Perform Contract Reviews Manage vendor creations and changes Order IT tool Complete ad-hoc tasks for Finance and Administration Why you? Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for a motivated and skilled student who is not afraid to take responsibility. We expect that you are eager to learn and willing to help us be ambitious for patients. In exchange, we will provide a steep learning curve and an opportunity to become a seasoned pharma professional.
