Project Manager – Customer Operations

Your Role This position is responsible for the complete project lifecycle starting from requirements through planning, implementing and measuring efficacy for multiple projects of various sizes. Candidate must have strong analytic and problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience managing global projects. As a member of our Support Operations team you will be responsible to provide proactive and efficientsolutions for Customer Success and Support teams. Responsibilities Your Impact Manage multiple projects of different sizes related to system migrations,functionality additions or improvements. Work with internal groups to investigate system/technical issues that are impacting Support/Customer Success teams. Work with business stakeholders to identify business requirements andt ransform them into written requirement specifications. Create project plans based on input from technical and business project participants and then maintain those plans as the project progresses. Organize and lead project update meetings with stakeholders. Identify project risks/issues then create written risk management plans andexecute those plans. Conduct User Acceptance Testing for projects. Create and maintain all project documentation including project plans, Jiratickets, meeting notes, project status one pagers. Identify opportunities to reduce effort for our Customers and Support teams by analyzing available data. Recommend changes and then lead project through to implement changes and measure effectiveness of the project. Qualifications Your Experience Analytic mindset with strong attention to detail Ownership of all commitments through to completion Advanced skills in risk assessment and management Demonstrated experience working independently on multiple projects while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged with projects Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent project management application Excellent written and verbal communication skills Support, customer experience or customer success domain knowledge is highly desired. Experience working with Salesforce applications Preferred Qualifications 2 to 3 years relevant experience creating, managing and owning technical projects through project lifecycle Technical or analytic degree or equivalent experience PMP certification PRINCE 2 certification Project experience which includes working with teams across multiple disciplines and locations Travel Requirements None
