<b> IRC221234 - COACHING TOOL PUSHER </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Coaching Tool Pusher</b> within <b>Eni Congo </b>in <b>Offshore</b>. You will be responsible for assisting and advising rig crew in performing proper operations planning and job execution, support crew safety awareness improvement <br><br><b> As a member of </b> <b>the well area at Eni Congo you will be responsible for</b>: <br> <ul> <li> Supporting rig crew key personnel and HSE supervisors in planning operations in line with Oil Field best practices, with strong focus on safety procedures (PTW - JSA/JRA - TBT) </li> <li> Assisting in hazard identification and deployment of suitable mitigation actions, especially for safety critical operations (examples: rig moving, heavy lifting, tubulars handling, chemical mixing...) </li> <li> Attending job execution (routine and non-routine), improving personnel safety awareness, applying and empowering Stop Work Authority at all levels </li> <li> Performing post-job reviews with rig crew, to highlight areas of improvement and good practices to be shared </li> <li> Assist in the training and development of drilling crew, by ensuring that crew personnel development plan is implemented and practiced, performing assessment of crew members and supplying feedback to crew on regular basis </li> <li> Following company and rig contractors safety management system procedures and instructions, supporting full field implementation, reviewing practical application and highlighting areas of improvement </li> <li> Be involved in execution of Eni Company representatives working instructions, identifying areas of improvement (ex. preventive preparation) and more efficient work execution strategies </li> <li> Perform periodical tracking of operative improvements identified, sharing it with Drilling Contractor crew and Eni Team for full implementation during forthcoming similar operations </li> <li> Inspect and control assets status and working condition, supporting rig crew to establish and keep updated status records </li> <li> Support rig crew in managing and controlling warehouse stock and stock levels, with special focus on critical spare parts and Personal Protective Equipment </li> <li> Assist in the direct application of preventive and planned maintenance programs for rig equipment (CAT-III, CAT-IV and OEM requirements), with special focus on drilling and lifting gears </li> <li> Investigate and report unscheduled events, identifying root causes and ensuring application of remedial actions </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br><br><ul> <li> Degree </li> <li> Knowledge of English </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> Offshore <br><br><b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> Rotation 28/28 <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br><br>Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
