Job Description Job Description Job Details Posting Job Title Senior Manager, Technology Business Analyst Job Purpose The Senior Manager, Technology Business Analyst, position offers an exciting opportunity to help support our enterprise claims processing system. You must be detail-oriented with great communication skills, with willingness to learn about the Healthcare industry. Candidates should also be able to effectively multi-task while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities Responsibility 1 Managing team of business analysts monitoring performance, quality of output and personal development. Responsibility 2 Leading client project teams comprising other business analysts and SME's as required. Responsibility 3 Partnering with Technology Consultant and other leaders to set clear goals and objectives for client projects. Responsibility 4 Creating project specific planning and scope documentation and secures stakeholder sign off. robust, data driven evidence for recommendations on technology solutions with high level benefits cases. Responsibility 5 Creating end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) Responsibility 6 Presenting complex data and analysis in an easily understood format so it is suitable across diverse groups with varying abilities. Responsibility 7 Visualizing data in clear, structured way utilizing preferred BI tools (Tableau). Responsibility 8 •Facilitating cross functional communication and recognizes need to engage other stakeholders and SME's in a project. Responsibility 9 Evaluating project requests and manages qualification process. Requirements (Skill/Experience) Requirement 1 8 years of total IT experience as Business Analyst with 3 years of leadership experience. Requirement 2 Experience with MMIS domain.
