Gaffney Cline is also rapidly expanding its Carbon Management (CM) & Energy Transition (ET) offering globally.<br><br><b>Partner with a forward thinking and innovative team</b><br>GaffneyCline's business development team play an essential role in positioning its brand and maturing a pipeline of client engagements.<br><br>As a Business Development Manager for the Europe and African region you will be accountable for growing company revenue applying new business and account development strategies across all disciplines including the fast-expanding energy transition space. <br><br>As a Business Development Manager, you will also be responsible for: <br><ul><li>Building and developing relationships to establish the company's portfolio as a leader energy advisory in Europe and North Africa</li><li>Increasing company revenues and profitability and identifying opportunity for organic and inorganic growth</li><li>Working with the project development and project finance sectors to identify emerging business opportunities as related to energy transition</li><li>Originating and assisting in delivery of advisory projects, working closely with Gaffney Cline colleagues in this region and globally</li><li>Developing proposals, managing the execution and delivery of committed outcomes within budget and schedule.</li><li>Participating in industry events, within an agreed annual business plan, to expand Gaffney Cline's brand.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Be degree qualified in a relevant subject in the oil and gas advisory sector</li><li>Demonstrate a considerable track record of sales and commercial experience with working knowledge of the upstream, midstream, downstream and LNG sectors</li><li>Have experience working at an International Oil company or independent Oil company in a technical or commercial capacity</li><li>Be familiar with the of process of evaluating Reserves and Resources </li><li>Have and understanding of joint venture structures, farm in/farm out transactions and M&A</li><li>Have a sound working knowledge of the concept of the Energy Transition</li><li>Have oral and written communication skills in English and French with an aptitude for engaging with companies in a French speaking region</li><li>Show highly effective communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders across a variety of levels</li><li>Be naturally highly motivated with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b> <br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
