Director – Mergers & Acquisitions The team: This position reports directly to the Head of M&A and Strategic Investments The Impact: You will be responsible for supporting a broad range of corporate development activities for a business of approximately $12billion in revenue and over 35,000 employees world-wide. You will be energetic, curious, business minded and self-motivated with at least 5 years of experience working on mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will have the communication and interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and broad range of M&A experience, allowing that person to coordinate complex processes across large teams and take responsibility for day-to-day management of transactions. Responsibilities: Day to day leadership and management of a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions through the entire deal life cycle; Responsibility to coordinate across workstreams and ensure projects complete on time and on favorable terms; Analyze businesses and opportunities to assist the company in executing successful acquisitions; Create and manage financial and valuation models to inform action for investments; Coordinate across stakeholders for key inputs to the valuation model especially in informing synergies and dis-synergries; Manage due diligence and coordinate requests and input from key stakeholders; Assist in pipeline management and analysis of inbound opportunities; Build relationships in industry and assist in deal sourcing efforts; and Collaborate across divisions and functions to build best practices.
