<p>A vacancy has arisen for the position of Onshore Rig Performance Engineer within our Aberdeen, UK office. The key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities detailed below:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work within team providing performance management and guidance to team members.</li>
<li>Drive performance initiatives and the development of new performance initiatives.</li>
<li>Co-operate with drilling management and clients to develop and determine goals, KPI's, Lessons Learned and action plans, with regard to drilling and maintenance operations.</li>
<li>Analyse / communicate targets and results of KPI's towards rig and client</li>
<li>Ensure that the ProNova and Rig Manager systems are utilized to its fullest/undertake development. Weekly KPI reports to be produced using this software.</li>
<li>Maintain Weekly Performance Dashboard</li>
<li>Work closely with Client WSDE to set performance expectations for sections / operations</li>
<li>Work closely with offshore team and Client WSDE and Drill Crew to ensure Lessons learned are implemented to Maintain systematic transfer of operational experience for all operations.</li>
<li>Represent Odfjell in all relevant meetings; WWI/lesson learned/risk/planning meetings. QA/QC of Odfjell input into operational procedures.</li>
<li>Forward planning for equipment checks, general operational readiness for upcoming operations accounting for impact of weather. Holds vendors to account to make sure equipment is ready.</li>
<li>Promote new technology that can improve operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Provide support to the Rig Engineering team with the SPWR process from onshore</li>
<li>Work with Rig Manager and Operations Engineer to develop EOW reports</li>
</ul>
<p> The successful candidate must have the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>The right to work in the UK</li>
<li>Willing to travel offshore as required</li>
<li>Ideally possess an engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.</li>
<li>Operational experience from platform drilling.</li>
</ul>
