DHSE Engineer

<br><br> Design HSE Consultant (Fire Protection, Noise reduction, Safety engineering)<br><br> Location: The Netherlands <br><br> Duration: 12 months renewable <br><br>  <br><br> Leap29 are currently seeking Senior Design HSE Consultants, with expertise related to either Loss prevention/ Fire Protection, Noise safety, and safety engineering expertise. The Design HSE's are responsible for the Design HSE Management/ Regulatory Compliance/ Technical Safety/ Environmental Engineering/ Loss Prevention/ Human Factor Engineering/ Sustainability.<br><br> Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>Leadership skills in Design HSE.</li><li>Ability to handle multi-office projects.</li><li>Carry the responsibility for the project success.</li><li>Plan and manage the work such as budget, man-hour estimates and margin goals.</li><li>Be involved in development and implementation of activities.</li><li>Personal responsibility for safe and healthy environment.</li><li>Work efficiently in a team with both project management and other disciplines.</li><li>Excellent communication and co-ordination skills.</li></ul>Technical Experience:<br><br><ul><li>Fire Protection Philosophy: Active Fire Protection, Fire water demand calculation, Hydraulic calculations, FW layout, P&ID's, Heat radiation contours.</li><li>Passive Fire Protections: Specifications, layouts.</li><li>Fire and Gas Detection: Philosophy, specifications, requisitions, layout.</li><li>Environmental and Working control of Noise</li><li>Preparing Noise Philosophy and Noise Strategy documentation</li><li>Noise Allocation Table.</li><li>Noise Model / Reporting (including Noise reporting for authorities).</li><li>Safety Engineering consultants are responsible for: Safety Engineering Management/ Regulatory Compliance/ Technical Safety/ Environmental Engineering/ Loss Prevention/ Human Factor Engineering/ Sustainability/ Noise.</li></ul>Experience Qualifications:<br><br><ul><li>Masters or bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or relevant,</li><li>Experience of Design HSE work in the (Petro) chemical industry,</li><li>Capable of working independently,</li><li>Familiar with Dutch, German and international rules and regulations,</li><li>Dutch, English language.</li><li>Microsoft office tools,</li><li>Experience with Pipenet.</li></ul> <br><br> If you feel your skills match the above requirements, please use the link below to apply.<br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
