Senior Analyst, Business Strategy

<p><b>Key Accountabilities</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Frame economic evaluation, develop and run economic model, conduct economic evaluation and feasibility study to support investment decision for COMPANY existing exploration and production projects in the valuation of various project scenarios.</li>
<li>New venture projects in the valuation and feasibility of exploration bidding round, M&amp;A acquisition, and divestment opportunities.</li>
<li>Provide COMPANY Corporate Price Assumption to be used as a company guideline and basis for project evaluation.</li>
</ul>

<b>Key Accountabilities</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Analyze and conduct the Company&
39;s portfolio management, performance review and track the Company&
39;s performance to ensure that investments (and / or divestment, if needed) are performed to achieve corporate targets with good performances and acceptable risk by providing analysis and recommendations of existing portfolio strength &amp; weakness regarding healthy, balance and sustainability.</li>
<li>Support in the Company&
39;s target setting and provide suggestions / assessments of alternative strategies to confidently achieve such targets.</li>
<li>Support Business Development Division in growth opportunities selection.</li>
</ul>

<b>Key Accountabilities</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Identify portfolio strategic targets and review performance through financial, R/P ratio, production op vs non-op, country tiers explore, cost, etc.</li>
<li>Assess opportunity landscape and review country attractiveness, industry megatrends &amp; themes e.g., competition level, economics, new technology, etc. to set strategic priority area for the Company in terms of capabilities and privileged relationships.</li>
<li>Analyze asset portfolio focusing on asset&
39;s alignment in key focus areas e.g., geographic &amp; themes and asset&
39;s attractiveness to identify strength and weakness areas</li>
</ul>

<b>Professional Knowledge &amp; Experiences</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree in an engineering or related technical discipline, with an MBA or a postgraduate degree in Economics or Finance</li>
<li>3 - 5 years&
39; experience, &gt; 2 years in Planning or Risk Management is a plus</li>
<li>Minimum 2-year experience for Analyst-related position</li>
<li>Experience in field operations is a plus</li>
<li>Strong analytical &amp; numerical skills, quantitative and statistical analysis. Extensive knowledge and skills in cash flow modelling, portfolio analysis &amp; management, economic &amp; financial principles and investment decision is preferable</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge</li>
<li>Good command of spoken and written English</li>
</ul>
