<b>Qualifications And Experience</b></p>
</p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree or equivalent in relevant field.</li>
<li>At least 3-5 years&
39; experience in Business Planning related aspects of the petroleum business, with sound commercial and economic background.</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of the oil and gas business</li>
<li>Experience in building economic models and on scenario modelling, including use of Decision Risk Analysis. Fully understands PSC environment. Ensures alignment with the Malaysian strategies and objectives in support of COMPANY&
39;s global objectives.</li>
<li>Understands the commercial process necessary to capture opportunities and value, including opportunity identification and assessment, establishing relationships, evaluation, negotiations and implementation.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with other companies and to communicate clearly and constructively with various divisions within COMPANY.</li>
<li>Demonstrates full appreciation of differing international business drivers, ethics, and values and how they align with COMPANY&
39;s interests and core values.</li>
</ul>
