Site Name: China - Shanghai - HuangPu District - The Headquarters Building Posted Date: Dec 1 2022 · Provide HR Business Partnering support to employees and line managers in designated business scope · Work closely with HR CoEs and other business HR for efficient and effective execution · Support HR processes, policies consultation for field employees & managers · Coach line managers on people management, performance management, talent development etc. · Address ER issues and ensure compliance & labour law regulations are observed · Transfer different types of data to insights to direct HR interventions efficiently and effectively · Work with HR Director on different programs to drive BU performance and culture Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree More than 5 years HR BP experience with large MNCs English proficiency High level of integrity ER skills, knowledge of labor law & basic HR business partner skills Experience of leading and delivering change and use of recognized change management methodologies Ability to effectively coach managers and diagnose HR requirements. Proven project management expertise Experience of working on cross-business or cross-functional projects and working in a matrix environment Good analytical skills and evidence of use of metrics to drive process improvement Why GSK?
