Workshop Engineer (Mechanical)

What are my job responsibilities? Conducts technical and/or administrative, mainly preparing technical reports for service operations and delivery. Processes incoming orders and requests regarding consumables, spare parts, products and/or services. Cooperates with sales representatives and/or Supervisor to arrange transports and logistic support Focusing on the customer's perspective when setting priorities and taking action, implementing service practices that meet the customer's and own organization's needs, promoting and operationalizing customer service as a value in the organization. Establishing an action plan for self and others to complete work efficiently and on time. Ensuring follow-through of plan; translating strategic priorities into operational reality and concrete actions. What do I need to qualify for the role?
