Collaborate with facility team and global leaders Analyze current assembly process and flows Analyze production plannin Propose new assembly process flows, including replenishment Establish the production planning input for final assembly lines Improve efficiency of lines Improve quality metrics Optimize shoop floor space Implement cybersecurity guidelines in the new designs Introduce new technologies Implement the project and ensure KPIs commited. This job might be for you if: Have working knowledge on continuous improvement, Kaize, 5s Have experience with fixtures and ergonomics Can evaluate current state of an assembly line (Efficiency, Quality, Productivity Safety) Can propose new optimize flows to reduce Takt Time Familiar with takt time, cycle time, customer demand Can apply BAT (Best Available Technologies) in the process Have knowledge on Cybersecurity and IoT.
