Our mission is to give the oil and gas industry smarter tools, technology, and processes to achieve this goal. <br><br><b>Shape the energy of tomorrow</b><br><br>We are looking for a Global Communications Generalist in our Corporate Shared Services team, to help us drive change and realise our strategic vision.<br><br>As a Communication Generalist you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Creating content of all types to support internal and external engagement and awareness needs</li><li>Covering a range of topics including people, culture and technology that are relatable for a variety of audiences</li><li>Learning from industry experts, you will tell our employees' stories, reveal innovations and inspire our people</li><li>Delivering channel strategy, key messaging, brand voice, internal events and storytelling across varied digital and social channels. </li><li>Contributing to day-to-day assignments and special projects, events and initiatives in service of the Baker Hughes employee communications strategy and annual calendar</li><li>Delivering company-wide communications to employees relating to values, strategy, performance and employee programs, policies, and tools. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br><b> To be successful in this role you will </b><br><ul><li>Have experience in a fast-paced communications, journalism or creative agency environment</li><li>Be entrepreneurial in nature and a storyteller at heart who can mine for stories</li><li>Demonstrate proven success as a writer, multimedia storyteller and social media practitioner</li><li>Be highly collaborative, service-oriented, proactive, versatile and autonomous. and willing to explore new creative approaches to achieve desired results</li><li>Be adept at building and maintaining relationships to support nimble fact gathering and the sharing of ideas</li><li>Be strategically oriented and able to align with and execute against a strategic plan</li><li>Be adept and comfortable using a Smartphone to shoot photographs and video</li><li>Have the ability to function in a high-stakes environment and prioritise a demanding workload with multiple deadlines autonomously</li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
