<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p>As a Health Safety and Compliance Graduate Advisor you will support the Safety and Compliance Services team to ensure that the company and its subsidiaries comply with all relevant health safety and compliance legislation, approved codes of practice and guidance that have an impact on the business.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Review and development of policies and procedures</li>
<li>Delivery of induction, training of employees or toolbox talks</li>
<li>Undertaking of site inspections and delivery of service improvement plans</li>
<li>Review and development of risk assessment</li>
<li>Application of risk management principles to program/project management</li>
<li>Undertaking of active monitoring to risk areas</li>
<li>Coordination of internal audits and management responses</li>
<li>Procurement of new contractors</li>
<li>Accurate updating of and management of data</li>
<li>Facilitation and attendance of resident engagement initiatives and events</li>
<li>Application of robust financial management on contracts</li>
<li>Provision of regular updates to senior management</li>
<li>Coordination and response to activities on CRM dashboard</li>

<p><em>Your health and safety obligations:</em></p>
<p>In your role, you have a duty of care under the Health and Safety at Work Act.  This means you will be familiar with the relevant legislation and will work in a safe way. As a team member, you will take responsibility for your own safety as well as your team’s safety and work in collaboration with the Health and Safety Officer to minimise any potential risks.</p>
