Senior Tax Analyst

Regional Senior Tax Analyst Nyon, Vaud Role: Reporting to the regional tax lead, this position is responsible for the Swiss tax provision and compliance process, as well as compliance and provision process for certain other regional legal entities. In addition, this role will coordinate the regional tax provision and be responsible for regional operational transfer pricing. Specific tasks will include: Preparing tax provision calculations and coordinating the regional tax provision reporting Ensuring timely completion of various tax filings, either directly or in consultation with external service providers Advising on audits and inspections, providing information as requested by tax authorities and recommendations for resolution of controversies Performing regular reviews of the intercompany transaction processes and results; recommending and implementing policy and ERP changes to reach desired intercompany targets Responsibility for the company’s DAC6 processes and compliance Working with a network of internal business partners (accounting, FP&A, commercial teams, and the global tax group) and external consultants and service providers Tracking changes to tax laws, recommending and implementing projects to respond to new laws and business initiatives Experience / Qualifications: Four to five years in industry in a similar role or in a public accounting firm, focusing on European regional tax issues Experience with tax compliance activities for Swiss multinational companies is a must CPA equivalent or other basic accounting qualifications preferred Fluency in English is required, and additional European languages (especially Spanish) are a plus Experience with SAP, HFM, or similar programs a plus Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, mindset of continuous improvement, able to work independently within a diverse team We offer flexible work arrangement with the opportunity to work from home several day to the office COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
