Quality Control Inspector - 1st or 2nd Shift

Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector responsible inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process. Conducts inspections of Flexible Printed Circuit Boards and Rigid flex for defects, as well as interprets prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, etc., to verify that the product meets proper standards. Responsibilities Perform First Article review and create technical reports with the dimensional and test information per company, industry, and/or customer requirements. Utilizing a microscope, verify that various product measurements of item characteristics, such as dimensions, angles, centering, etc., are accurate per the customer requirements. Once tested, complete required inspection documentation per Company standards. Review product lot travelers, logs, and production records for completion and accurate traceability. Re-work panels/ parts if applicable and if necessary.
