Job Title - Cluster Delivery Leader (NEESA) Location - Coventry or Warrington What will you do? Responsible for achieving business KPI’s (Revenue and Margin) as per annual targets Provide accurate and up to date forecast for business KPI’s on quarterly basis Drive Delivery (Projects and Service) to a more proactive interaction with Customers: proposing innovative ideas, pushing our wide solution portfolio (including Advisors and Software Apps), leveraging on the strong established trust to help Customers on their Digital journey Build digital transformation team within the cluster in coordination with EURA digital and SW upskilling plan Lead the delivery organization to include execution competencies for wider segments offering including chemical, hydrogen, water,… and others Dare to disrupt the status quo and implement a program of transformation to create the most simple and effective organization (including cost-down savings to improve margin) Lead the NESSA Delivery organization to achieve best in class performance, driving towards a more customer centric approach and working on the competitiveness of our offers Drive a culture of innovation and cohesion across the NESSA cluster to encourage people to be disruptive and ‘think differently’ Develop a NESSA delivery community (including shared resources and knowledge), whilst also utilizing best-in-practice initiatives across global PA Ensure robust CCM and commercial understanding of teams whilst improving utilization and GMI Full collaborate across all clusters and the wider Schneider organizations Ensure effective utilization of EEC’s Identify skills for our future success and implement a framework for the upskilling and implementation of new knowledge Develop the digital offers (including CyberSecurity), and create an up-sell consultative selling culture (through direct contact with customers) Strong interactions with AVEVA (or similar) to improve our competitiveness What qualifications will make you successful?
