You will performing functional testing on assemblies to ensure quality and performance is achieved for our customers<br><br>As an Manufacturing Assembler, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Assembling components by following assembly drawings and blueprints </li><li> Performing functional electrical testing on assemblies to ensure quality and performance </li><li> Testing assemblies for our customers to ensure reliability </li><li> Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards </li><li> Applying settings, calibrate and maintain assembly tools to ensure accuracy </li><li> Conducting Electrical winding, unwinding, and splicing of products </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a High School Diploma or equivalent diploma with 2+ years relative experience in Artificial Lift Services </li><li> Have experience of setting up, monitoring and maintaining equipment with an manufacturing facility </li><li> Display an advanced electrical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment </li><li> Have prior experience in stator pressing and lamination </li><li> Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and be able to develop solutions </li><li> Have good knowledge of HSE requirements and be able to follow and update safety policies and procedures </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
