Senior Project Engineer

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to form part of our project team based in Melbourne. <br><br>Reporting to the Delivery Lead, this role will manage a multi-discipline team to deliver a EPC Modification projects and Maintenance Campaigns to scope, cost and schedule. Experience with management of fast-tracked project delivery and working with previous oil and gas service providers would be highly preferred. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b> <br><ul><li> Project manage a full EPC delivery team and subcontractors to deliver projects from front end design, through detailed design, procurement, construction, hand over and close-out </li><li> Bottom line responsibility for the financial and technical success of a project </li><li> Stakeholder engagement and management </li><li> Statement of Requirements throughout the phasing of the project from concept, detail design, and site implementation </li><li> Implementation of the company quality management system for the project </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Bachelor's Degree in project management or engineering </li><li> Extensive experience as a Project Manager/Engineer in a Greenfield or Brownfield hydrocarbons environment, preferably in the oil and gas industry </li><li> Proven delivery experience on EPC projects or maintenance programs </li><li> Experience working in complex technical environments at a senior level will be highly regarded </li><li> Previous field engineering (site-based) experience will be viewed favourably </li><li> Previous experience working closely with Construction and Maintenance teams will be highly regarded </li><li> Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills necessary to organise and lead a project team, develop design / implementation schedules and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team </li><li> Demonstrated strong commitment to safety </li><li> Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral </li></ul><br> Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role. <br><br>If you're an experienced Senior Project Engineer, ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
