Business Insights Architect

Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to facilitate visual interpretation ofdata from multiple sources and use this information to develop datadriven solutions as per the client’s requirements. Do Develop valuable insights from multiple data source as perclient requirements Customer engagement and requirements gathering Understand customer needs and objectives, technology trends andrequirements to define how data will be seen as final output Develop wireframes, prototypes, use cases in order to demonstratethe final data output as is required by customer Analyse, propose and implement the data technology and tools usedfor data visualization Provide solutioning of RFPs received from clients and ensure thefinal data output is as per business needs Validate the solution/ prototype from technology, cost structure andcustomer differentiation point of view Design and Implementation of data visual aspects Architect and build data visualization capabilities to produceclassical BI dashboards and solutions Create the solutions by using a variety of data mining/data analysismethods, variety of data tools, data models and data semantics Contribute to the design and implementation of the data platformarchitecture related to data visualization needs Collaborate with other data architects to establish and run a datagovernance processes Manage metadata, semantic layer data on data domains and otherenterprise data assets Identify problem areas and perform root cause analysis of overalldata flow and provide relevant solutions to the problem Enable Pre-Sales Team Support pre-sales team while presenting the entire data design andits principles to the client Negotiate, manage and coordinate with the client teams to ensure allrequirements are met and create visual data output as proposed Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability infront of the client to win the confidence and act as a trusted advisor Capability Building and Team Management Ensure completion of necessary trainings and certifications Develop and present a point of view of Wipro on datavisualization concepts and architect by writing white papers, blogs etc. Be the voice of Wipro’s Thought Leadership by speaking inforums (internal and external) Mentor developers, designers and Junior architects for theirfurther career development and enhancement Anticipate new talent requirements as per the market/ industrytrends or client requirements Hire adequate and right resources for the team Contribute to the data visualization practice by conductingselection interviews etc Stakeholder Interaction Stakeholder Type Stakeholder Identification Purpose of Interaction Internal Delivery teams-onshore and Offshore Review of architectural process, escalation management, issueresolution Pre-sales team For solutioning and architectural design purpose Business Analysts For requirements gathering Data Visualization Team For project delivery Data Testing Team For testing purpose Data Architects and Data Engineers For Data related inputs and queries Client Engagement, Relationship Management and Servicing Display Lists the competencies required to perform this role effectively: Functional Competencies/ Skill Domain/Industry Knowledge – Awareness and knowledge of broadeconomic, demographic, technological and global trends within ownecosystem – Expert Market Intelligence – Deep specialized understanding of theecosystem practice, overall market & competition and nuances ofdelivery in that domain – Master Systems Thinking – Understanding of the Wipro system(interrelatedness, interdependencies and boundaries) and perform problemsolving in a complex environment - Expert Leveraging Technology – In-depth knowledge of and mastery overecosystem technology that commands expert authority respect,understanding of data models , and visualization best practices andTools – Master Competency Levels Foundation Knowledgeable about the competency requirements.
