<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>I am looking to recruit a teaching assistant to work at The Victory Primary school.</p><p> </p><p>The role is to work 1:1 with a pupil who has complex needs.</p><p> </p><p>Experience with working in SEN is essential.</p><p> </p><p>You will need to have experience with non-verbal children and be able to use the TEACCH approach.</p><p> </p><p>The pupil has a range of special needs including very poor attention and listening skills, social communicational difficulties and learning difficulties.</p><p>You will be expected to use attention autism strategies including bucket time, identiplay and PECS.</p><p> </p><p>The role is full time at The Victory Primary school in Portsmouth.
