S&P Global Corporate The Role: Senior Treasury Analyst The Grade/Level: (relevant for internal applicants only) 11 The Location: Bridgetown, Barbados The Team: The S&P Global Corporate Treasury team operates within the global finance function to support the company’s cash management and liquidity objectives, manage financial risk, and optimize capital structure. The Impact: The Treasury Analyst is responsible for leading daily Treasury activities including key focus on execution of cash management activities required for successful treasury operations. The role will provide the critical support necessary to ensure continued access to liquidity and banking services within the segregation of duties framework required for best practice controls environment. What’s in it for you: Opportunity to develop strategy and build relationships with large, multi-national global banks Access to in-house product tools and technology designed for maximum efficiency Exposure to continued learning and growth opportunity Responsibilities: Work closely with accounting on month-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations Establish relationships with key internal partners to provide regional treasury support – AMER, APAC, EMEA, LATAM Assist with legal entity restructuring projects and provide M&A-related treasury integration support Assist with ad-hoc analysis and presentations Support intercompany loan and netting process with associated accounting related deliverables Ensure compliance with and help provide reporting for SOX related activities and other internal controls around cash transfers, bank documentation, and bank online access What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related experience equivalent 3-5 years of treasury / finance / accounting experience Detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills Experience in cash management operations and intercompany settlement processes preferred Self-starter who possesses ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible Working We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly.
