Our team takes ownership of creating and designing unique and customized parts for customer requirements.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br>The Machinery Diagnostic Field Service Engineer is a to be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization. <br><br>As a Machinery Diagnostic Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for<br><ul><li>Leading for driving organic growth and profitability with BH Services team in Singapore & develop plan for growing business and fulfilment execution in MDS</li><li>Developing long term strategy to win and tap in Customer installed base to bring in opportunity growth for Machine Diagnostic Analysis.</li><li>Performing Vibration analysis of plant machinery by acquiring vibration data using BN online as well as offline diagnostics equipment.</li><li>Performing System & Instrumentation technical knowledge how skills to troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Evaluating and conveying machinery condition of rotating and reciprocating machinery at plants such as: Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, Cement, Mining, Hydro by understanding vibration and machine performance, operational and maintenance data and customer communications.</li><li> Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BN Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at Baker Hughes and customer locations. </li><li>Performing balancing for rotating machines such as motor, axial compressor, gas and steam turbine generator units.</li><li>Being able to install and optimize BN's asset condition monitoring and optimization software's and work with customers closely so that they realize full benefits of these products.</li><li>Preparing timely and accurate technical reports to professional standards for customer action and maintain records for future reference.</li><li>Liaising effectively with team leader for meeting service team's metrics such as operating plans, SAP time records, maintenance, job planning and execution.</li><li>Implementing & adhering to BH EHS at all work sites, conduct fieldwork in compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations.</li><li>Providing occasional support to sales and service teams in preparation of service scope and other relevant technical communications with customers.</li><li> Driving customer satisfaction through commitment to quality </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).</li><li>Have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with significant related work experience.</li><li>Have minimum of 3-4 years industry experience in Operation and/or Maintenance of rotary equipment.</li><li>Have good knowledge of vibration fundamentals, diagnostics and troubleshooting of various rotating and reciprocating machinery problems.</li><li>Have good knowledge of System & Instrumentation Technical knowledge are also welcome to apply.</li><li>Being able to interpret and understand machinery drawings and specifications.</li><li> Have strong computer skills; both Hardware and Software, plus MS Office software skills. </li><li>Have strong analytical skills.</li><li> Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English language. </li><li>Have possess a valid Drivers License and Passport.</li><li>Be exceptionally strong customer service mindset.</li><li> Be able and willingness to work at customer sites for extended hours and willingness for extensive travel, up to 85% of the time, and work significant overtime. </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
