Systems Specialist (Scrum Master – Commercial B2B)

SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who is passionate to join, participate and contribute to the transformation and digitalization of AutoZone's business. This position will provide guidance to our initiatives across multiple areas, manage the sequencing, and execute within the budget and timelines by following our company policies and culture. Responsibilities: Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies and activities Manage stakeholders’ communications Manage and communicate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies in a timely manner during the execution of the projects Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects and programs Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects Defining the program governance (controls) Lead the team toward delivering our customer’s solution in time and within budget Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings Develop, manage and control deadlines, budgets, and scope Apply change risk and resource management techniques as needed Assume responsibility for the programs team and vendors Manage releases Mission Planning Create change request Work with internal and external teams to establish release dates and ensure the correct resources are available during the release Facilitate debrief sessions Run scrum ceremonies Daily Scrum Sprint Planning Sprint Retrospectives Sprint Refinement Sprint Reviews Release debriefs Velocity planning and tracking for the team Backlog management Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in management, Computer Science or a relevant field Experience in retail or eCommerce industry will be preferable 5+ years’ experience in Scrum and agile methods
