Commercial Excellence Business Partner (m/f/d) As Commercial Excellence Business Partner (m/f/d) you will work very closely with Marketing and Sales. Business acumen and a sound understanding of the strategic business targets as well as strategy will be fundamental in this role to provide commercial functions with insightful analyses and respective implementation levers. You will be the key responsible person for all commercial data (e.g. market data, CRM data, other Customer Facing Team data) and will work as powerful tandem together with both the Finance Business Partner and Digital Marketing & Omnichannel Head. Together with the Sales Director you will be in charge to orchestrate and define classical selling parameters like sales force structure, customer targeting/segmentation, capacity planning and Sales Force incentive schemes. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering, Performance Management and Reporting Regular monitoring and analysis of commercially relevant data (e.g. market data like Pharmascope, CRM activity data, etc.) and extraction of business insight Joint definition and development of KPIs and reports with commercial functions to track and steer Sales and Marketing activities against defined targets Definition and inclusion of KPIs and analyses into current commercial visualization systems (e.g. PowerBI) Key driver and sparring partner in performance meetings on all hierarchical levels Implementation of strategic SF Planning and Project Management Consultant and Sparring Partner in sales force structure definition Key responsible person for customer targeting and segmentation process as well as capacity planning Key responsible person for Sales Force incentive process including target calculation, target achievement and communication handling involving external parties (e.g. Axtria) Project Management on commercial special projects
