As a AMO Manager, you will lead a team providing maintenance services to our customers field locations. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You&
39;ll mentor your team in their own career development and growth to ensure high-performance and collaboration.<br />
<br />
As an AMO Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring safe and reliable equipment is delivered to platform operations in a cost effective and efficient manner</li>
<li>Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values, adopting a safety culture</li>
<li>Identifying potential enhancements in processes and procedures to implement and improve</li>
<li>Managing an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.</li>
<li>Managing AMO, operating and administrative costs, while responsible for the P&amp;L of the plant operations</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).</li>
<li>Have experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance &amp; Overhaul, desirable</li>
<li>Have at least 3 years of experience in P&amp;L</li>
<li>Have interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role</li>
<li>Have experience of working in a production, operation, assembly or maintenance environment</li>
<li>Display effective problem identification and solution skills</li>
<li>Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English</li>
</ul>
