Solar Service Dispatcher EMEA with italian This Position is a technical /xontract manager position providing support and service for the Solar Business. The Customer Care Center provides a central contact point for Solar end use customers to receive assistance surrounding their Solar solutions. Individual will work closely with the Solar Service district(s) to improve service and efficiency. Dispatcher will assign specific work orders for the L2 technicians to attend to sites where applicable. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Ensure timely response to client request for service and question Ensure all customers’ queries as well as claims are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate Generate and handle all internal and external customer service requests in Netsuite Responsible for scheduling repair, start up, retrofits on all SE solar inverters and solar solutions across country / region Coordinating a team of field service technicians as well as contractors for all service needs through DSI Coordinate the technical field supervisors Maintain data quality / dashboard in service data management tools Weekly review and export to service leader of completed work orders Maintain TTD and TTR (time to detect/ time to repair within business targets) Follow-up with clients to validate customer satisfaction through Customer relationship Manager Manage and draft customer contractual performance reports in allignement with Customer relationship manager. Communicate effectively between other groups within the company / EMEA region dispatcher backup L2 remote trouble shooting support QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection. EDUCATION: Electrical Engineering degree preferred/ with specific renewable energy (PV) training Engineering degree advisable. Two Year Associates or Four-year degree or equivalent related work experience EXPERIENCE: At least two years (Junior engineer) or related work experience (technical service) SKILLS & ABILITIES: Detailed and Accurate Data Entry Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to Muti-Task between data entry, data validation and customer service inquiries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
